AMD embarked on a major change programme which has seen the business move firmly into the 21st
Century.    With a new team on board AMD continues to build on the core values of the business, customer care, quality
and value for money.     In return our Customers are now benefiting from a streamlined business ensuring all our core
values are met with you in mind.   Our business now benefits from new technology systems, new recruits and new
machinery as we continue build for the future.

Our Production Department has seen the most change, separating out the differences in our production markets
to ensure we can continue to react to all our business needs.  Our teams have been designated to production
lines which their core skills enhance the service to our customers.  To strengthen our oil and gas market line we
have recruited a Painter, who has proved a create to the team.

We have a new Finance Director
who in typical fashion manages all our costs and is supporting the move to an
I-Cloud system.

We are a people business, who value all our employees and we continually strive to have the best we can in
our people, we are investing heavily in our team and further training on
business improvement techniques commences from September 2012.

We pride ourselves on our Apprenticeship scheme and having three apprentices
successfully gain work we have recruited another in administration and are in
the process of recruiting two further apprentices for production.

These changes support the commitment AMD wish to make to all our customers and we thank you for your continued support.
